Allen Sandoval has spent the vast majority of his life training in martial arts and carries years of experience under his multiple black belts. Allen holds many titles and honors in the field of martial arts, including a NASKA World Title (1997), as the #1 Overall American Forms competitor of the year.

When Allen isn’t running or instructing at one of his karate schools (Gilbert & Chandler) he’s working in the field of real estate or enjoying time with his family.

More About Allen

Allen has been training in martial arts since the age of three (1981). Starting in a little YMCA class in Cebu, Philippines, Allen studied Balitawak Escrima and Taekwondo. His family moved to Tempe, AZ in the summer of 1984 and he continued training in Taekwondo, achieving his first Black Belt in 1988. Shortly afterwards, he decided to learn another martial art, American Kenpo, in which he achieved Black Belt status in 1994. Throughout the years Allen has continued to train in several other arts, in effort to improve his overall martial arts skills and teaching abilities.

In 1997, after achieving several awards competing in Sport Karate, Allen took his first NASKA World and National Title, as the #1 Overall American Forms competitor of the year. In addition, he won several individual weapons and sparring events between 1994 and 2001.

One of Allen’s most memorable achievements was being chosen to play a lead character (Liu Kang) in the Mortal Kombat Live Tour. He toured all around the United States, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Dublin, Ireland.

Currently, Allen owns and operates two martial arts schools, one in Gilbert and another in Chandler, Arizona. He currently holds the rank of a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, 3rd Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo, and a Purple Belt in Relson Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

What Else is Allen Up To?

Additionally, Allen has had the pleasure of working with many of the top real estate sales brokers/agents in Arizona for the past eight years. In 2005, while employed with Hogan and Associates, Allen helped the firm to sale over one billion dollars in real estate. He has worked directly with home builders, land developers, and city institutions to facilitate upcoming new developments throughout Arizona.

In 2008, Allen decided to improve his real estate knowledge and pursue a position at De Rito Partners, Inc. De Rito Partners focuses on retail landlord and tenant representation. As a new sales agent, De Rito Partners requires one to work a total of 55 hours a week, make 250 cold calls per week, and set 10 appointments each week. Allen over-achieved those requirements, earning the “Top Gun and Professional Excellence Award” as well as a certificate of “Razor Sharp Selling Executive Coaching Series” (De Rito Partners Certified Training Program).
