Beginner’s Karate Class
Geared towards six- to 11-year-olds, our Begginer’s class teaches students to have respectful behavior and self-defense.
Teen’s & Adult’s Class
Our Teen and Adult classes teach advanced martial arts techniques, helping students with eye-hand coordination and stress reduction.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class
As one of just a few Gracie Jiu-Jitsu academies in Arizona, we strive to teach students the art of grappling, wrestling, and submission moves.
